Trauma-Release and Transformation

Find the meaning of your life in your wounds

Everyone is affected by traumatic events in the course of their lives. Trauma comes from the ancient Greek and translates as “wound”.

These traumas range from minor wounds (called small-t trauma) to major developmental trauma and shock trauma. Some people also suffer from multiple traumas, often as a result of experiences of violence or sexual abuse.

Trauma does not have to be a lifelong streak. Healed and transformed wounds often give people a deep sense of belonging and meaning in their own lives. For many of those affected, their own life path unfolds as they come to terms with the past. In most cases, the inner work is very worthwhile.

I offer my clients a sensitive approach that focuses on their own wounds. In the following, I would like to give you an insight into my way of working and my treatment concept.

approach

The optimal treatment plan for you

My way of working is the result of years of studying various schools of therapy. This has resulted in a model that combines Gestalt, somatic and systemic approaches. I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques.

It is important to me that my work helps you to lead a meaningful life. I accompany you in finding your home within yourself!
