Many ancient cultures had ceremonial places where deep processes of remembering and releasing were stimulated through group rituals. A temple is one such place, working with deeper energies that are an essential core of our human existence. They are places to remember the sacred and divine that is in all things, including our bodies.

In our temples we maintain spaces that give you the opportunity, in a safe field, to get in touch with your deeper life energy, to free yourself from cultural and familial conditioning, and thus to learn more about who you are and who you are not.

Group processes are one of the most effective ways for personal transformation; we need the collective for individual healing and insight. At the same time, relationships are also the biggest personal trigger, so we pay attention to clear communication and consent at our events and structure as much as necessary.
 

What you can experience in temple workshops is a new, more enjoyable and joyful connection with your body. We all have deep needs for sensuality, touch and intimacy within us, but at the same time many people experience themselves as deprived in these areas in their everyday lives. A lack of satisfaction of these needs is one of the biggest causes of mental and physical illness.

What makes these events special is that Eros and sexual energy are welcome. This does not mean that sexual encounters with others have to take place. Rather, we offer opportunities to get more in touch with your own erotic power, to understand your own needs and motives more deeply, and to feel and communicate the associated boundaries.
