About me and what I stand for

Presence, freedom, power, Eros, love, truth, love.
 

These highest motives and values drive me every day to do my work with dedication, to develop, to understand and to remain curious for new encounters and new insights.
I look for better questions instead of certainties, so every answer we find about ourselves and our lives is always provisional.

Life has taken me to many places and to many teachers. I have always been driven by a desire to understand myself and the world. We live in times in which we have vast amounts of information at our disposal, in which the healing knowledge of the world flows together in a common model.

For me, the distinction between true knowledge and false belief is central. Spirituality in its essence is self-knowledge. There are many ways to do this and I share with my clients those that I have experienced and observed to be effective. These vertical methods help to find one's role in the world and in cosmic events.
Psychological work supports horizontal processes. These approaches are dedicated to the questions of how we appear as human beings in the world and in our relationships.

Spiritual and psychological development in combination enable us to awaken and grow up at the same time. My fire burns for these integrative approaches that want to help people realize their highest potentials with deep dignity and respect.
This is also my role. I see myself as a companion who supports you in your self-healing processes.

My attitude is undogmatic and open, my role is to hold the space for you and your essence. I meet my clients at eye level, with trust in the individual wisdom and intuitive intelligence of the body.

The main task of my work is to listen with full presence so that you can understand yourself better and activate the resources you need to heal.
